Our outsole manufacturer has been developing innovative solutions for footwear since the 1970s. Renowned for their expertise in high-quality outsoles, they were the ideal partner for creating our proprietary designs. Based in Northern Portugal, their fully vertical factory oversees every stage of production—from mold-making to injection and finishing—ensuring precision and quality at every step.

Their commitment to excellence and sustainability is reflected in their ISO 9001 certification for performance and customer satisfaction, as well as their ISO 14001 certification for environmental responsibility.

We are incredibly fortunate to work with a family-owned and operated shoe factory, where every meeting feels like a family affair, with the daughter and cousin translating the owner’s vision and guidance. The factory has specialized in Goodyear-welting for over 50 years—a difficult shoe construction method that requires the work of skilled artisans, many of whom have been with the factory for over thirty years.

While their tradition of shoemaking is strong, they aren’t stuck in their ways—they took to our partnership with enthusiasm as we meticulously developed countless shoe lasts in the search to develop a perfect fit our custom-developed insoles and meet our vision of making shoes that are comfortable, durable, and timeless. 

Our insole manufacturer has pioneered technologies for foot health since the early ‘90s. As experts in developing and producing orthotics and athletic shoe insoles, they were the ideal collaborators for our concept of comfortable leather footwear. Inside their solar-powered factory in Northern Portugal, only a short drive from our shoe factory, you’ll find cutting-edge thermoform technology and CNC precision machines that work with high-quality and durable materials.
